The idea of Housing Futures is based around what the state of architecture and home design may look like many years from now. Interest is drawn from the new patterns of improved living as described in the project’s contents. Potential advanced home features will be detailed, as additional research was done to explore practical architectural implementations that the future could realistically hold.

Digital media used to create this project was done through 2D/3D Designs and Illustrations, as the programs I mainly built my piece around include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The brochure-like layout designing the document was formatted to view as a short magazine, covering an array of housing future content within its pages. The research done surrounds topics focusing on potential futuristic technological aspects of construction, and references to all sources are provided at the end of the document.

Intended audience of Housing Futures includes potential home buyers, renters, contractors, those employed in real estate, or even random viewers interested in perusing what the future may hold architecturally.
